The invoice and payment slip are enclosed in the package.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Our standard shipping costs are as follows:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Parcel up to 10 kg = 15 Fr.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Parcel up to 20 kg = 25 Fr.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Parcel from 20 kg = 30 Fr.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Collection<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you collect the ordered goods on site in Ermensee, you will receive a discount of 5 % on the total value of the goods. It is also possible to pay for the goods in cash during store opening hours. However, please mention this when ordering. Otherwise an invoice will be issued automatically.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Dangerous goods - delivery (chlorine liquid, Ph-Minus liquid and APF)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Delivery is only made by Vita Bad on the regular service tours.
